Pregnancy is a precious gift from God, and every child is a divine heritage entrusted to parents by the Lord. God’s desire is not only for conception but also for preservation, safe delivery, and the fulfillment of His purpose in the life of every child. His Word assures us that He watches over His children, protects them from evil, and perfects all that concerns them.
The Bible declares, *”Children are a heritage from the Lord, the fruit of the womb is a reward.”* (Psalm 127:3). God also promised in Exodus 23:26, *”No one shall suffer miscarriage or be barren in your land; I will fulfill the number of your days.”* This means that every expectant mother can confidently trust God for divine preservation throughout pregnancy.

As the Scripture says, *”For You formed my inward parts; You covered me in my mother’s womb… I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made.”* (Psalm 139:13–14). Therefore, every organ, tissue, bone, and system of your baby is under God’s perfect care.
As you pray these prayers in faith, believe that God is surrounding you and your unborn child with His angels, granting you strength, peace, divine health, and a safe delivery. 7. Father, let every food and water I take contribute to the healthy growth and development of my baby, in Jesus’ name.
8. My baby shall grow in perfect health, strength, wisdom, favour, and divine purpose, in Jesus’ name.
9. Every organ, tissue, bone, and system in my baby’s body shall develop normally and function perfectly, in Jesus’ name.
10. I reject every form of congenital disease, birth defect, disability, or abnormality, in the name of Jesus.
11. I shall not give birth to a child with impaired understanding; my child shall possess a sound mind and divine intelligence, in Jesus’ name.
12. Father, grant me the grace, wisdom, patience, and strength to raise this child according to Your will.
13. My baby shall not be a victim of sickness, affliction, or medical complications, in Jesus’ name.
